Tots is a baby tracking application that helps parents monitor and record their baby's activities including feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, growth measurements, and developmental insights. The App may sync data across devices using CloudKit.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Using the App in accordance with these terms
• Consulting healthcare professionals for medical advice

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
